Cortez - A bit of "Old Florida" paradise!

Cortez, FL, on Sarasota Bay in Manatee County, is one of the last remaining working fishing villages on Florida's southwest Gulf coast. Easily reached just west of Bradenton, the historic waterfront of Cortez offers great restaurants, the historic Florida Maritime Museum and a view of life in a fising village. One of my all time favorite spots!
